Scheduling with them is a freaking nightmare, especially if you are doing Accutane and need frequent visits on a strict timeline. Today, I was randomly charged more $$ than every other monthly visit with no change to my insurance. I was given no valid explanation by the very rude checkout person. Luckily I have almost completed my accutane course and will go back to just annual visits. I absolutely love Dr. Guidry and will continue to see her, but the desk staff is shockingly terrible and it reflects poorly on this office.
