It’s very unfortunate they taint the experience of an otherwise great office. Scheduling with them is a freaking nightmare, especially if you are doing Accutane and need frequent visits on a strict timeline. Today, I was randomly charged more $$ than every other monthly visit with no change to my insurance. I was given no valid explanation by the very rude checkout person. Luckily I have almost completed my accutane course and will go back to just annual visits. I absolutely love Dr. Guidry and will continue to see her, but the desk staff is shockingly terrible and it reflects poorly on this office.

  I highly recommend Dr. Champlain & the office overall. Excellent air conditioning!!!!! which is a big deal to me. Very clean & modern office.
  Much like any other business in this area, and even with the underground garage - parking is scarce but luckily they had spots specifically for electric vehicles (Blink) so that's a plus.
